Happy Birthday Pastor Ed!

This morning was really fun to watch people pay respect to our pastor who is celebrating his 65th birthday. Thank you to everyone who wrote him notes and made the surprise special for him.

This is the time of year when a lot of questions about the future really begin to intensify. Questions about college or even what you will do over the summer. I remember being at my wits end this time of year when it came to the future. These questions are important, and they are ones that everyone needs help with. James 1:5,6 says, "If any man lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally, and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind." If we ask in faith for God to help us with making these major decisions. He will guide us in the best way possible; you just have to trust him. So whether you are still deciding what college you are going to attend, if you need to start looking for a part-time job, or even if you are just looking for something to new to do. Ask God, and he will not let you down.

Don't forget youth group is tonight! I will see you all there.
